The 2006 12 Days of Christmas Drummers is the 12th and final edition. The 12 Days of Christmas Ornament Series is one of our most successful collections ever. The last ornament in the series is “12 Drummers Drumming”. First appearing in 1982, the Waterford Crystal “12 Days of Christmas” ornament series was available oner per holiday season until the series was complete.

The 2006 is not part of the crystal piece itself. It is on a separate metal(?) tag that gets positioned by the hanger hook going through an eyelet on it and the eyelet on top of the crystal figurine. If you look very closely at the enlarged picture of the item you can see this. I, however, did not look that closely and expected the 2006 to be an integral part of the figurine.
